Former 2005 team ace and number two man behind Jered Weaver in 2004, Cesar Ramos has more wins than any other southpaw in Dirtbag history. Ramos was drafted as San Diego's first round pick last year, and has done well in the Padres' system, jumping two levels his first year. Kevin Goldstein in Baseball America's recent Padres chat said he's a pitcher "on the fringes of the top 10" who could arrive in San Diego "fairly quickly".
